Is the country a business? ...and you bought it? ...so, you fire people, hire people at will base on your company will? Well... no, you... you feel this is a kingdom. No? What on earth do you feel this country is? If you are dreaming, wake up! If not, what are you smoking? Do you follow me? For you to know: This is a country, organized based on its Magna Carta, this is a constitution. Its people are not your workers, its people are your bosses; they owe you and can fire you based on their needs. Its judges are guided by its rules of laws. The rule of law was created a couple of hundred years ago. This country follows that rule of law, this is, its mandate and what judges do is to interpret that mandates for people like you, chosen for a couple of years, governing it in favor of "We the people" not “We its selected citizens”. Can the Congress declare a non-elected person not qualify to carry a post in any federal office or governmental department even if given the post by degree cuz it has been given without following any constitutional procedure or congressional procedure as an unconstitutional election that put at risk the security of USA?
